Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be trained to perform a variety of essential tasks that keep food processing facilities safe and compliant. Your day-to-day work will be hands-on and impactful, including:
- Performing our verified 8-Step Sanitation process to the highest standard.
- Handling, using, and safely storing industrial sanitation equipment.
- Working with our professional-grade cleaning chemicals, following all safety protocols we teach you.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment in various conditions, including wet, hot, or cold areas.
- Adhering strictly to all food safety and personal safety policies at all times.
- Contributing to a positive and efficient team environment to get the job done right.
Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior experience is necessary we provide all training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment.
- Willingness to work in a wet environment and adhere to all safety gear requirements.
- A reliable and team-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to showing up on time and ready to work for every shift.
