Key Responsibilities
You will be trained to become a skilled operator within our state-of-the-art greenhouse, learning every aspect of our modern farming process.
- Participate in structured on-the-job training to learn modern farming techniques, from seeding and cultivation to harvesting and packaging.
- Learn to safely operate and maintain greenhouse tools, irrigation systems, and environmental controls under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) to ensure the highest quality and yield of our produce.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the greenhouse and work areas, adhering to all food safety protocols.
- Assist with various farm-related tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth daily operations of our sustainable farm.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team.
- This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
- No prior farming experience is required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- The physical ability to perform tasks in a warm greenhouse environment, including standing, bending, and light lifting.
- Good attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Ability to work the scheduled 44-hour week (5.5 days), including Saturday mornings.
