Key Responsibilities
You will be trained to perform key security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Perform access control duties, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the site.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and other security equipment to maintain constant vigilance.
- Respond to incidents promptly and appropriately, following established procedures and reporting details accurately.
- Provide basic customer service and information to visitors and staff as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals who meet the basic criteria and are willing to learn.
- Minimum educational requirement: N-Level or O-Level certificate.
- No prior security experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rostered schedule (typically 3-4 days of work followed by 1 day off).
- Physically fit to perform patrols and stand for extended periods.
- Responsible, observant, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain the necessary security licensing from the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD).
