Key Responsibilities

You will be the clinical leader responsible for the quality, integration, and strategic direction of all therapeutic services.

  •  Provide executive oversight and decision-making for all social work, counselling, psychological services, and therapeutic programmes. Ensure high standards of case management, clinical intervention, and programme efficacy.
  • Directly manage and support Team Leads. Develop and implement comprehensive capability development plans, conduct supervision, and lead in-house training to build a clinically excellent, resilient, and trauma-informed staff team.
  • Spearhead the cultivation and sustainment of a trauma-informed care milieu (e.g., TI-PBIS model). Lead multi-disciplinary collaborations to integrate best clinical practices into daily operations and incident response.
  • Ensure all services meet regulatory standards and internal KPIs. Oversee case reviews, manage timely reporting (e.g., RC5, incident reports), and recommend continuous improvements to policies, protocols, and SOPs.
  •  Contribute to strategic planning, ensure accurate documentation and reporting to stakeholders and authorities, and manage the clinical aspects of the home’s operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for an accomplished leader with deep clinical expertise and a proven track record in human services.

  • A tertiary degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a directly related discipline. Post-graduate qualifications are highly advantageous.
  • Substantial supervisory and management experience within a social service, mental health, or residential care setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care models and clinical work with vulnerable children, youth, and families.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire high performance and emotional resilience in staff.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills, with high personal integrity and accountability.
