Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the expert on-site, responsible for delivering quality carpentry across a range of residential builds and renovations.
- Carry out skilled carpentry work to a high standard, including framing, fix-out, lock-up stages, and renovations.
- Work efficiently and accurately from plans and layouts with minimal direct supervision.
- Ensure all work meets strict standards for finish, safety, and structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised worksite, taking responsibility for daily clean-up.
Qualifications
To be successful, you must be a fully equipped and qualified professional.
- Trade Qualified: A Certificate III in Carpentry is mandatory.
- Full Professional Tool Kit: You must own all necessary hand tools, a cordless kit, and major power tools.
- Reliable Transport: You must have your own reliable Ute, suitable for site work and carrying materials.
- Current White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
- For Subcontractors: A valid ABN and current Public Liability Insurance are required.
