Key Responsibilities
As a key player on our production floor, you’ll take ownership of the following areas:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to meet specified quality and output standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Conduct material changes, feeding, and handling as per standard operating procedures.
- Actively participate in our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S initiatives to promote a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Strictly adhere to all quality control checks and safety regulations, ensuring every product meets our high standards.
- Work collaboratively on a rotating shift schedule to support our 24/7 manufacturing operations.
Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A strong sense of diligence and personal responsibility for your work and safety.

- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
