Key Responsibilities
As the backbone of our branch operations, you will ensure the smooth and accurate flow of inventory. Your key duties will include:
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using equipment like forklifts and RF scanners.
- Unloading shipments, verifying goods against manifests, and processing receipts into our inventory system.
- Conducting cycle counts, maintaining organized stock locations, and ensuring proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation.
- Keeping a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment and reporting any potential hazards.
- Providing timely support to our sales team and customers with stock inquiries and order status updates.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and collaborative individual who embodies our core values. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma and basic computer literacy, with the ability to learn new software.
- The physical ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet, moving for 6+ hours per day.
- Strong basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- An inclusive, respectful attitude and a commitment to working safely and effectively within a team.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role is a strong asset.
