- Creating and maintaining precise as-built records, drawings, and survey models using AutoCAD-Civil 3D.
- Utilising drone technology for survey data capture and processing (experience with Pix4D is advantageous).
- Liaising closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all survey requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
- Ensuring all work complies with Auckland Council, Watercare, and health & safety standards.

- A solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, tolerances, and erosion sediment controls.
- Knowledge of Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, and Watercare standards and requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage within a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- A genuine ‘can-do’ attitude, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment.
