 About the Position
This is a full-time cleaning position with assignments across a diverse portfolio of locations, including commercial buildings, educational institutions, retail centres, and public areas. You will be part of a supportive team with clear direction from Team Leaders and Supervisors. The role offers variety and the satisfaction of ensuring environments are hygienic and well-presented for everyone who uses them.
Your Core Duties
You will be entrusted with the care and cleanliness of your assigned areas, following established procedures.
- Perform comprehensive dusting, cleaning, and polishing of all surfaces and items within your designated premises.
- Regularly empty all waste and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor areas and carpets to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and maintain the cleanliness of all bathrooms and toilet facilities.
- Polish glass doors and windows to ensure a clear, streak-free finish.
- Proactively inspect your area and report any items in need of repair or replacement—such as broken fixtures or equipment—to your Team Leader.
- Consistently uphold the overall cleanliness and tidiness of all spaces assigned to you.
