About the Role

This is a part-time evening position, working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:00 PM for approximately 4.5 to 5 hours per shift. You will be responsible for the complete cleaning of three nearby branch locations. With 4M, you’ll receive top-tier training in green cleaning practices and join a company with a strong reputation and a supportive culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be trained to expertly maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across your assigned branches.

• Travel between three small branch locations (5-7 minutes apart) to perform comprehensive cleaning services.
• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture using certified green products.
• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper.
• Perform floor care: sweeping, damp mopping, and vacuuming.
• Act as our extra set of eyes on site, proactively reporting any maintenance needs like repairs, leaks, or safety concerns.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and any necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We are looking for a responsible professional who meets our core requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Some prior janitorial or cleaning experience is required. We will then train you in the 4M method.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• A courteous, resourceful, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage time between locations, and follow all safety guidelines.
