 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will be diverse and hands-on, with key responsibilities including:

• Operating various powered industrial equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and front-end loaders to move and manage materials
• Preparing organic mixes and managing stockpiles, which includes monitoring temperatures and maintaining proper moisture levels
• Loading and unloading trucks and flatbeds with precision and care
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and performing basic maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Using radio frequency technology to track inventory and manage product movement
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting inventory control processes
• Keeping our facility clean, organized, and safe for everyone
• Stepping in to help with order filling and checking when needed

Qualifications

We’re looking for reliable team players who bring the following:

• At least one year of experience operating powered industrial trucks or similar heavy equipment
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and complete required documentation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends when needed
• Good physical condition capable of handling the demands of warehouse work
• A team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
• Willingness to learn our specific processes and procedures
