Key Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of our on-site team, contributing to a range of painting projects. Your duties will include:
- Performing all aspects of painting and preparation work, including sanding, filling, and surface prep.
- Applying paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment as required.
- Working safely at heights and on ladders.
- Travelling to job sites in Grenfell, Cowra, Young, and surrounding areas.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality results and efficient project completion.
- For experienced painters: taking on additional responsibility, potentially leading aspects of projects and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are reliable and team-oriented. The ideal applicant will have:
- For the Painter role: Proven experience as a professional painter.
- For the Brush Hand role: No experience necessary strong willingness to learn is key.
- A reliable own vehicle and driver’s licence for travel to various sites (required).
- The ability to work safely at heights and on ladders.
- A White Card and Working at Heights certification are preferred but not mandatory to apply.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
