Key Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our field and workshop teams, responsible for delivering high-integrity protective coating systems. Your duties will include:
- Performing surface preparation and industrial painting/blasting on concrete and steel structures.
- Using specialized equipment, hand tools, and power tools to apply protective coatings.
- Working in various environments, including at heights and in confined spaces, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Ensuring all work meets project specifications and the highest quality standards.
- Contributing to a collaborative, safety-first team culture.
Qualifications
We are looking for a safety-conscious and experienced professional with:
- Proven experience in industrial spray painting and surface preparation.
- Proficiency in painting/decorating techniques using rollers and brushes.
- A valid Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White-Blue Card).
- High-Risk Work Licences for EWP, Confined Space, and Forklift are highly desirable.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- A positive attitude and willingness to undergo further training and development.
