Key Responsibilities

As a TransLand Company Driver, you’ll be entrusted with representing our award-winning standards on every haul.

• Safely and professionally operate a new flatbed truck to transport freight across the country.
• Perform all flatbed duties, including securement, tarping, and strapping, with precision and care.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies, ensuring your vehicle and load are in full compliance.
• Manage trip planning, logs, and communication with dispatch to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Uphold the TransLand core values in every interaction with customers, shippers, and the public.

Qualifications

We’re looking for professional drivers who share our commitment to safety and quality. Here’s what you need:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience is necessary.
• A clean driving record and a steadfast commitment to safety are fundamental.
• Experience with flatbed securement is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued.
