Key Responsibilities

Your day will be active and varied, focused on the precise logistics that keep our parts department efficient.

• Safely operate a dealership vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors, and pick up items as needed.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager, counter staff, and shipping clerks to coordinate all daily logistics and prioritize deliveries.
• Accurately manage the delivery and receiving log, and ensure all paperwork and any undelivered parts are properly turned in at the end of each shift.
• Perform basic vehicle upkeep, including checking oil, monthly lubrication, and ensuring annual state safety inspections are completed on time.
• Unload the delivery truck each evening and assist with moving parts, which involves regularly lifting items weighing up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is reliable and has a strong sense of responsibility.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• You must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets company standards.
• Successfully passing an MVR check, background check, and pre-employment drug test is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a parts, driving, or delivery position is preferred.
• Physical ability to drive for 6-8 hours per shift and repeatedly lift and transport parts up to 70 pounds.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English are essential.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
