Key Responsibilities

As an independent contractor, you are in charge of your business with our full logistical support.

• Safely operate your own truck to transport 100% no-touch freight on over-the-road routes, typically out for 10-14 days at a time.
• Manage your business operations, including trip planning and communication, while adhering to all DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Maximize your efficiency by utilizing our high percentage of drop-and-hook loads (75%) to minimize dock time.
• Maintain your vehicle to the highest safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

To partner with TForce Freight as an owner-operator, you must meet these key requirements:

• You must own your tractor. This is an opportunity for independent business owners.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience is mandatory.
