Key Responsibilities

Your daily focus will be on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients.

• Perform thorough cleaning and disinfecting of assigned areas using 4M’s green-sealed certified products and best practices.
• Wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Complete floor care tasks such as sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash receptacles and replenish restroom supplies like towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Act as the facility’s extra set of eyes, reporting any maintenance issues, leaks, or necessary repairs promptly.
• Represent 4M as a friendly, courteous, and professional team member.

Qualifications

We are looking for a responsible team member who meets these essential criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some prior janitorial or cleaning experience is required. We will train you in our specific, advanced methods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site in Union, MO, is necessary.
• Ability to comply with all social distancing, safety guidelines, and uniform requirements (provided by 4M).
