What You Will Be Doing

• You will perform service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• You will determine the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshooting malfunctions and determining the extent of necessary repairs.
• You will always maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after completing each job.
• You will convey a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
• You will wear floor savers while in clients’ homes to protect their property.
• You will maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out.
• You will communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and repairs in a way that builds trust and confidence.
• You will represent our brand with professionalism and pride on every call.

What We Are Looking For

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You have prior, successful experience as a technician in the HVAC industry.
• You display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• You have a clean driving record and can pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work.
• You enjoy helping customers and solving problems in a professional manner.
