What You Will Be Doing
- You will design electrical systems and draft construction drawings aligned with project specifications to support accurate implementation.
- You will inspect electrical installations to verify adherence to design and equipment standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- You will lead installation, testing, and repair of electrical and electronic wiring, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and apparatus to maintain operational integrity.
- You will utilize hand tools and test equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues effectively on-site.
- You will connect wires accurately to transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components to ensure system functionality.
- You will coordinate site resources and manage a team of technical supervisors to deliver electrical works according to regulatory and project requirements.
- You will track and report work progress to ensure project schedules and specifications are met, facilitating timely completion.
- You will arrange and implement all electrical works on-site, supervising installation activities to confirm alignment with approved shop drawings.
- You will attend site and coordination meetings to communicate project status and resolve issues promptly.
- You will maintain detailed records of all on-site electrical works to support project documentation and compliance.
- You will execute all tasks in strict accordance with safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required Competencies and Certifications:
- You hold an NTC in Electrical Services or an equivalent certification as stated in the job requirements.
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications:
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical construction project work.
- You have proven leadership experience managing technical supervisors and coordinating site resources.
- You are proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
- You have strong diagnostic skills and experience using hand tools and test equipment.
- You are committed to safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of your work.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively attend site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
