Here is an internal opportunity to support your continued growth and development within Ventia. We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our experienced crew in Paeroa. This is a stable, full-time, permanent role with 40 hours guaranteed per week, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work in a small crew on jobs throughout Paeroa. If you have a Class 2 Driver’s License with WTR, 5 years of experience in drainage installation, earthworks, or road construction, and an STMS Level 1 Qualification, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
Working in a small crew on jobs throughout Paeroa, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining a wide range of construction plant including excavators, loaders, and dozers.
- Applying your experience in drainage installation, earthworks, and road construction.
- Working safely and promoting a strong commitment to all Health and Safety practices.
- Collaborating with your crew to deliver quality results.
About You
- Class 2 Driver’s License with WTR.
- 5 years’ experience in drainage installation and or earthworks and road construction.
- STMS Level 1 Qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reasonable level of fitness.
- Strong commitment to all Health and Safety practices.
- Experience in a wide range of construction plant with specific practical knowledge of operation and maintenance of excavators, loaders, and dozers.
