Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roofing, coating, and painting work to a high standard (role dependent).
- Perform roof inspections and restoration work to a high standard (experienced roles).
- Comply with company quality and safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with site preparation and daily operations.
Ideal Candidates
General Hand:
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
Experienced Roofers – Painters:
- Proven experience in roofing, roof coating, or painting.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
All Applicants:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at heights and following safety protocols.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability; punctuality is essential.
- Flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Valid work permit (if applicable).
