Key Responsibilities

In this role, no two days are the same. You will be entrusted with a wide range of critical tasks, including:

• Executing high-quality steel fabrication, metalworking, and welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques, with proficiency in 3G, 4G, 5G, and 6G positions.
• Conducting detailed inspections of machinery, electrical systems, piping, and building structures to identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
• Performing troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (such as oil changes and filter replacements), and corrective repairs on a wide array of equipment.
• Installing new machinery, equipment, and structural components according to specifications.
• Accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and procedures to complete work orders efficiently and on time.
• Managing the maintenance tool and supply inventory, recommending new purchases as needed.
• Completing general facility upkeep tasks, including carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Responding to critical after-hours calls to resolve urgent facility or equipment issues.

 Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and skilled candidate who can work with minimal supervision. The right person for our team will have:

• Substantial experience as a Maintenance Welder or in a similar multi-skilled role.
• Strong proficiency in multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and techniques (3G, 6G, etc.).
• The ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately.
• Proven experience in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair.
• A solid understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to following them meticulously.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a relevant technical or welding certification is highly preferred.
• Basic electrical and carpentry skills are a significant advantage.
