Key Responsibilities
Your day will be dynamic and focused on creating a seamless experience for our golfers. Your core duties will include:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome, greeting all guests as they arrive.
- Efficiently managing the golf cart fleet, including staging, cleaning, fueling, and ensuring a neat storage area.
- Operating the driving range, which involves collecting balls with machinery, washing them, and keeping baskets organized and clean.
- Maintaining the pristine appearance of the outside areas, ensuring they are free of clutter and debris.
- Assisting the golf shop with tournament setups and other special events.
- Communicating clearly with the management team and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment from helping others.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and stand for 6-8 hour shifts.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- A neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to our club’s standards.
