Key Responsibilities

As a Route Driver, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Picking product orders for your assigned accounts based on daily invoices.
• Loading your delivery vehicle carefully, ensuring product is organized and secure for transport.
• Delivering product to customer locations in good condition and in a timely manner.
• Providing high-caliber service with a courteous, professional attitude at every stop.
• Producing invoices for each delivery and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records.
• Returning to the warehouse at the end of your route and assisting with unloading as needed.
• Picking product orders for the following day’s route based on invoice specifications.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle, inside and out.
• Working closely with sales representatives to solve customer challenges as they arise.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and ready to deliver exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License with the ability to pass an MVR check.
• Ability to routinely lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a flexible environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in route driving, delivery, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the beverage, food service, or wholesale industry is a plus.

Schedule and Pay

• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Position Type: Full-time.
• Flexibility Required: Willingness to work overtime when necessary, as well as occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour.
