Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties within the condominium, including sweeping and mopping floors in common areas, lobbies, and walkways.
- Ensure all shared spaces such as corridors, function rooms, and facilities are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly and regularly throughout the day.
- Wipe down surfaces, glass panels, railings, and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc cleaning tasks as requested by the management or supervisor.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure all areas are covered and tasks are completed efficiently.
