Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor vegetable seed processing machinery, ensuring smooth and accurate production.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including material handling and inventory control.
- Enter and process work orders in company systems, including domestic and overseas orders.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate service with external vendors as needed.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and chemical substance risk management standards in the workplace.
- Assist with shared operational duties, including attendance tracking, payments, material management, and waste handling.
- Conduct inventory checks, stock verification, and ensure proper organization of products and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive, efficient, and safe work environment.
Required:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of production or operations management principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Comfortable performing hands-on operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Forklift operator certification.
- Experience in agriculture, seed production, or related fields.
