Key Responsibilities
- Replace guest amenities and room supplies.
- Make beds and fold linens with precision.
- Collect and remove trash, soiled linens, and service items.
- Greet guests and respond to requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Organize desks, furniture, and in-room appliances.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Friendly, guest-oriented attitude with a strong team focus.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs (10 kg) and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to complete safety training and certification prior to employment.
Desirable:
