Key Responsibilities
As the on-site leader, you will be the crucial link between our team, management, and the client. Your role will be dynamic and involve:
- Providing daily direction, motivation, and guidance to your team of cleaners.
- Coordinating daily and weekly work assignments to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assisting with the training of new team members and providing ongoing coaching.
- Overseeing cleaning operations and performing hands-on tasks to maintain high standards.
- Managing the security of keys and access cards for the property, ensuring premises are secure.
- Serving as the main point of communication, relaying information between your team, clients, and ABM management.
- Conducting weekly checks of supplies and equipment, and accurately completing order forms.
- Reporting maintenance work orders and confirming the quality and completion of all jobs.
Qualifications
This role is an excellent fit for someone eager to grow. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- A responsible and dependable attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- The ability to lead and motivate a small team, even without prior formal experience.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with your team and clients.
- No prior experience or specific educational diploma is required—we provide on-the-job training.
- Customer service or one year of similar work experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
