We’re currently looking for experienced Fabricators and Robotic Welding Operators to join our team in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating and welding heavy industrial components:Â You’ll work on attachments and components that need to hold up under tough conditions.
- Working primarily with MIG welding processes:Â Strong MIG skills are essential for this role.
- For robotic welding operators:Â You’ll oversee and monitor robotic welding processes during operation, making sure everything runs smoothly and quality stays high.
- Producing high-quality workmanship:Â Every piece that leaves your station should reflect your skill and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant welding skills and solid hands-on experience this is non-negotiable.
- Strong MIG welding experience is essential for this role.
- Robotic welding or operator experience is highly regarded if you’ve worked with robotic systems before, that’s a major plus.
- Ability to oversee and monitor robotic welding processes during operation.
- Experience in heavy fabrication or structural welding is preferred but not required we’ll consider strong candidates with solid MIG skills.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling this is hands-on work that requires being on your feet and moving materials.
- Reliability:Â You show up when you’re supposed to and do what you say you’ll do.
