Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all daily general site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and project requirements
- Coordinate directly with subcontractors and site workers across key construction trades, including formwork, concrete pouring, rebar fixing, and reinforcement works
- Monitor and verify that all works carried out on site are completed in strict accordance with approved project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to identify workmanship issues, material discrepancies, or scheduling conflicts early and resolve them before they impact project timelines
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between the site team and project management, providing timely updates on work progress, manpower status, and any site challenges encountered
- Ensure all workers and subcontractors on site adhere to workplace safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times
- Support the management of daily site records, including work progress reports, worker attendance, and material usage logs
- Coordinate the sequencing of work activities across different trades to avoid clashes, delays, or rework on site

Qualifications
