Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage commercial laundry systems, keeping linens clean and ready
- Organize and refill cleaning chemicals and supplies as needed throughout the day
- Sew curtains, mend cushions, and handle minor fabric repairs to keep items in good condition
- Receive department orders and ensure inventory is properly stored and tracked
- Run the register for guest purchases including firewood, ice, and supplies
- Assist guests with purchases and basic questions in a friendly, professional manner
- Take orders for RV winterization in storage and coordinate details
- Coordinate with maintenance for propane fills and rental issues as they arise
- Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department
- Keep accurate records and track service forms for department use
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Service Center at all times
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Team Lead to meet daily needs
Qualifications
We are looking for someone dependable and punctual who takes pride in showing up ready to work. You should be comfortable multitasking and staying organized in a role where priorities can shift throughout the day. Basic sewing skills for curtains and cushion repairs are required. You need to be able to lift and move supplies including linens, chemicals, and firewood. Comfort working with cleaning products and commercial laundry equipment is expected. A friendly, professional manner with guests is important, as you will be the face of the Service Center. Hospitality or retail experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail matter more. The ability to work independently while also being a reliable part of the team is essential.
