Compal is seeking Production Operators to join their Automotive Electronic Products team in Logansport, Indiana. In this role, you will perform assembly operations following work instructions, handle tools and components with care, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will be the hands on force ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals. Key Responsibilities

• Assembly Operations: Perform assembly tasks according to work instructions, ensuring products meet quality and process requirements.
• Quality Compliance: Follow established procedures to prevent nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality systems.
• Issue Reporting: Identify and report any problems relating to product, process, or quality systems to the line lead or supervisor promptly.
• Tool and Equipment Care: Use and handle tools, materials, components, and equipment properly, maintaining them in good condition.
• Safety Reporting: Report all health and safety hazards, quality issues, and potential production problems to a supervisor immediately.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep your individual work area neat and clean throughout each shift, contributing to overall workplace organization.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members and follow direction from line leads to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one to three months of related experience and or training.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Logansport facility.
• Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
