Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism in accordance with club policies. Manage the daily operations of range ball recovery, using both mechanical and hand equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of range baskets, carts, and outside areas, ensuring all equipment is stored properly. Wash and prepare range balls for use while monitoring cart cleanliness, fuel levels, and rotation. Support golf shop personnel during tournaments and events with cart staging and operational setup. Identify and report any major issues or guest concerns to management. Perform additional duties as required to maintain a seamless and safe golfing environment.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and remain on your feet for 6 to 8 hours per shift. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with members and team members. A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in guest service or similar positions is beneficial but not required.
