Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure consistent service quality
- Lead, train, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
- Conduct daily inspections to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to support seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety procedures and report any incidents or hazards
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records for management review

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role, preferably in hotel settings
