Key Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels and freight efficiently, safely, and on schedule across assigned delivery routes
- Operate an Electric Vehicle (EV) to support sustainable delivery practices
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and challenges professionally
- Take ownership of issues and work towards first-time resolution wherever possible
- Build strong relationships with clients, representing the Post Haste brand with pride
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle activity
- Ensure compliance with traffic, safety, and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Hold a valid New Zealand driver licence and a clean driving record
- Eligible to work in New Zealand, with proof of citizenship, residency, or work visa
- Previous driving or delivery experience preferred, with strong customer service skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to manage your own business operations
- Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable operating an Electric Vehicle and adapting to route requirements
