Key Responsibilities
- Replace guest amenities and room supplies ensuring each room is fully stocked and prepared for incoming guests.
- Make beds with precision and fold linens to the highest standards of presentation.
- Remove trash, soiled linens, and room service items efficiently and discreetly.
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests with professionalism and genuine care.
- Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances to maintain a clean and inviting space.
- Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furniture to keep surfaces immaculate.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor cleaning tasks to maintain pristine conditions throughout guest rooms and public areas.
- Move and lift up to 10 kilograms as needed to complete housekeeping duties.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while maintaining a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development certificate is preferred. No prior related work experience is required, as training will be provided to ensure you meet the brand’s exacting standards. Candidates must demonstrate a cordial and people oriented demeanor with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for guests. A team first attitude and a gift for paying attention to small details are essential. Candidates must be able to move and lift up to 10 kilograms and be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. A commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to safety protocols is required. Pre employment safety training and certification will be provided.
