Key Responsibilities
- Clean condominium buildings to the highest standards, ensuring all common areas, hallways, lobbies, and amenities are spotless and well maintained.
- Assist with cleaning projects as assigned by the Operations Manager, adapting to different sites and requirements.
- Drop off weekly cleaning supplies to various locations ensuring all sites have the materials needed to maintain cleanliness.
- Complete open shifts and work orders promptly, stepping in where support is needed to maintain service levels.
- Follow direction from the Operations Manager daily, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Maintain a friendly and personable demeanor when interacting with building residents, property managers, and team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality across all sites.
- Operate company vehicle responsibly, maintaining a clean driving abstract and following all traffic laws.
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of commercial cleaning experience is required. Candidates must have a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving abstract as a company vehicle is provided. Impeccable attention to detail is essential for this role as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across multiple sites. Candidates must be friendly, personable, and enjoy working with people, as you will interact with residents and property managers regularly. A coachable attitude and willingness to learn are important, along with the ability to stay busy and adapt to changes on the fly. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
Benefits and Perks
This full time permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate of CAD 19.00. A company vehicle is provided, eliminating the need for personal vehicle use. The regular shift is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, providing consistent daytime hours with weekends on call every other weekend or as scheduled.
