Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train cleaning staff, ensuring all team members are properly equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning workers, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard.
- Inspect sites and facilities regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met, identifying areas for improvement and addressing issues promptly.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects and ongoing services, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed, stepping in to support the team during busy periods or when additional help is required.

- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety protocols, particularly in challenging work site environments that may include heights, wet or damp conditions, noise, dust, outdoor settings, and hazardous areas.
Qualifications
A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must have two to three years of experience in the cleaning industry. Strong client focus, dependability, and reliability are essential. Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively lead a team and interact with clients. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments is important. Candidates must be willing to relocate for this position and be authorized to work in Canada.
