Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the seamless execution of production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Your key duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring the TEA production process, promptly troubleshooting any issues to minimize downtime.
- Conducting rigorous quality control checks, performing product analysis, and ensuring all outputs meet strict customer specifications and statistical process control (SPC) limits.
- Supporting factory start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities, adhering to all EH&S (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
- Managing raw materials and finished products, including inventory control, sampling, and arranging third-party lab analysis.
- Leading and participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and 6 Sigma initiatives to enhance processes and reduce waste.
- Ensuring full compliance with all local regulations and maintaining accurate documentation in systems like SAP and WINLIMS.
- Completing all daily, monthly, and annual checks, reports, and equipment calibrations (e.g., safety valves, ventilation systems).
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the following attributes:
- A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and quality.
- Experience in a chemical, electronic materials, or related high-tech manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding and following SOPs, P&IDs, and other technical documents.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and collaborate within a team.
- Basic knowledge of SPC, CI methodologies, and SAP systems is a significant advantage.
- Must be diligent, reliable, and able to perform in a cleanroom environment using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
