Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate food and beverage preparation to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
- Analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, considering food, labor, and overhead costs.
- Prepare and cook foods in quantity of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests and functions.
