Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving and shipment processing for investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, clinical material supplies, and case report forms under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.
- Prepare and label boxes with materials in accordance with World Courier’s standard operating procedures.
- Execute inbound, outbound, and return processes within the CTM‑STAR operating system, ensuring accurate data entry and document attachment.
- Verify incoming materials against accompanying documentation, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
- Prepare box contents according to the packing list, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipment requirements.
- Monitor and manage material characteristics such as identity numbers, expiration dates, patient kit details, temperature and storage conditions, and other relevant information.
- Perform packaging, box closing, and labeling activities for outbound shipments.
- Support relabeling, stock balancing, and relocation processes as required.
- Collaborate with the Depot Pharmacist and Facility Logistics Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative are essential.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Oral and written English skills are desirable.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures are critical.
