Key Responsibilities
As the face of Rentokil in the community, you will have a dynamic and vital role. Your key duties will include:
- Conducting thorough pest control inspections and treatments at customer premises for a variety of pests, from rodents to insects.
- Performing general environmental disinfection and insecticide applications with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional, service-oriented customer interactions, maintaining strong relationships and offering professional consultations.
- Ensuring all service reports are completed and submitted promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining company equipment in excellent working condition and adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals who are ready to learn and serve. The ideal candidate will have:
- A willingness to undergo training and obtain professional certifications (we provide full support).
- A Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driving license.
- A strong service-oriented mindset and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
