Key Responsibilities
You will play a critical role in our quality control process, with duties that are essential to our success:
- Performing meticulous visual inspections of servers and components before testing to ensure they meet initial compliance standards.
- Conducting a variety of diagnostic tests to identify and log defective components or system areas accurately in our RMA database.
- Executing Engineering Change Order (ECO) upgrades and modifications as directed.
- Strictly following standardized testing procedures and schedules to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Utilizing your troubleshooting skills to identify issues and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhering to all company safety and quality procedures with a high degree of professional responsibility.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual with a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma or certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field is a significant advantage.
- A fundamental understanding of PC and server hardware, with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux.
- Hands-on skills with diagnostic hand tools for hardware and system evaluation.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and a demonstrated sense of accountability.
