Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in the daily and long-term technical operations of the facility. Your key duties will include:
- Executing and documenting routine preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Safety).
- Performing hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of building equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conducting daily inspections of MEP assets to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Supporting the implementation and adherence to ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 standards, including tracking utility costs and assessing energy consumption.
- Providing technical supervision and support for construction and renovation projects on site.
- Ensuring all activities comply with JLL and client safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is both technically skilled and a strong team player. The ideal fit will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facilities technical management or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure.
- Foundational proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
