Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are the heart of our service, directly creating the exceptional experience our clients love. Your workday will be active and fulfilling.
- Perform a full range of residential cleaning tasks to the highest standard, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Carefully follow specific client instructions to ensure their individual needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Travel reliably to multiple client homes each day within our designated western suburban service area.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with both clients and our supportive office team.
- Manage your schedule to ensure punctuality for every appointment.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals who share our commitment to quality. Here’s what we need from you:
- At least 2 years of professional house cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites are essential.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least one person on your team must be able to hold a conversational English to communicate with clients.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check.
- We value dependability, punctuality, and a sharp eye for detail above all else.
