Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hold team members accountable for meeting service expectations.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and partner with associates to resolve issues promptly.
• Support merchandise planning, restocking, and inventory routines, including cycle counts, stock ledger updates, and RFID processes.
• Assist with Shoe on Display restocking and help maintain an organized stockroom.
• Participate in visual merchandising activities such as floor moves, graphic placement, and store environment upkeep.
• Contribute to fitting room organization and ensure the sales floor stays clean and shopper-ready.
• Support omnichannel functions, including online order processing, pickup, and returns when required.
• Assist with merchandise transfers, returns to vendors, and defective merchandise procedures to protect inventory accuracy.
• Promote shrink prevention and follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure store environment.
• Meet performance goals related to sales, productivity, service, and attendance.

Salary

The minimum salary is $15.25 and the max salary is $19.07. $15.25 – $19.07 per hr
