 Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your core duties will include:

• Carefully sorting, checking, and packing finished products according to specific guidelines to ensure perfect condition upon arrival.
• Efficiently loading packed items into crates and securing them for dispatch, paying close attention to weight distribution and safety.
• Performing routine cleaning of your assigned work area and shared spaces to maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Conducting basic operational checks on machinery and equipment, reporting any concerns immediately to supervisors to prevent downtime.
• Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols without exception to protect yourself and your teammates.
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement on the production floor.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industrial setting.
• A Bachelor’s or College Degree (graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course). Your educational discipline shows your ability to learn and follow procedures.
• Good English communication skills—enough to understand instructions, complete reports, and collaborate effectively with the international team.
• The physical capability to perform hands-on tasks and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
• A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards workplace safety.
• The readiness and full qualifications to live and work in Taiwan, including a passport and a compliant medical certificate.
