 Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on workshop role, you will be crucial to maintaining the reliability of our drilling fleet. Your core duties will include:

• Performing high-standard servicing, maintenance, and repairs on our fleet of surface drill rigs, support vehicles, and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Working autonomously and collaboratively with the Maintenance Manager to prioritise and schedule workshop tasks efficiently.
• Ensuring all work is completed to strict quality assurance and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate service records and contributing to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

 Qualifications And Skills

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Formal qualifications as a Heavy-Duty Fitter or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a heavy-duty fitter, with a solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• A valid WA driver’s licence.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, and provide a current police clearance.
• A strong, demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude.
