This is a hands-on role where you’ll be essential in assembling high-quality structural metal products. Key Responsibilities

You will be a core member of our fabrication team, transforming materials into finished products. Your daily duties will include:

• Studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and sketches to plan and execute fabrication tasks accurately.
• Fabricating and assembling structural metal products to precise specifications.
• Proficiently operating a range of shop equipment, including lathes, mills, drill presses, press brakes, shears, and cutting tables.
• Performing MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ensuring all work meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and reliable professional. The requirements for this role are:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of combined experience in fabricating steel and welding.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and measurements.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic mathematical skills.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to producing quality work.
