  • Working on diverse projects, which may include aerospace ground support equipment, industrial work platforms, safety structures, parts handling carts, and complex tooling fixtures.
  • Collaborating closely with machinists, fabricators, painters, and design engineers to ensure project success from concept to completion.
  • Upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to strict AWS, ASTM, and customer-specific certifications.

Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven hands-on experience in welding and fabrication, with expertise in TIG welding on aluminum being essential.
  • Proficiency with MIG and Stick welding processes is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • A keen eye for detail, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • While not explicitly required, experience in an AS9100 or ISO 9001 environment or on aerospace-defense projects would be highly regarded.
